Privacy Policy — Unicom Traders LLC

1. About Us

Unicom Traders LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an Amazon Private Label seller operating on the Amazon marketplace. We sell consumer products directly through Amazon's platform and run advertising campaigns to promote our listings.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We do not operate a direct-to-consumer website or storefront. All sales are processed through Amazon. As a result:

We do not directly collect:

Customer names, addresses, or contact details
Payment or billing information
Login credentials

We do access, through Amazon's authorized APIs and tools:

Order and fulfillment data — order IDs, shipping statuses, and aggregate sales figures, provided by Amazon to manage inventory and fulfillment operations
Advertising performance data — campaign metrics, keyword data, impressions, clicks, spend, and conversion data, accessed through the Amazon Advertising API to manage and optimize our ad campaigns
Website analytics — aggregate traffic and behavioral data collected via standard analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) on any web properties we operate

3. How We Use This Information

We use the data accessed through Amazon's platform solely for legitimate business operations, including:

Managing inventory, orders, and fulfillment
Running, optimizing, and reporting on Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
Analyzing business performance and ad spend efficiency
Complying with Amazon's policies and legal obligations

We do not use any data for:

Selling or renting customer information to third parties
Behavioral profiling or targeted advertising outside of Amazon's own ad systems
Any purpose unrelated to our Amazon selling operations

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data we access. Data may be shared with:

Amazon — as the primary platform through which all transactions and ad campaigns are conducted, under Amazon's own Privacy Notice
Internal tools and developers — authorized personnel at Unicom Traders LLC or its parent organization who manage operations and advertising on our behalf, bound by confidentiality
Analytics providers — aggregate, anonymized data only, used for business performance analysis

All third-party data processing complies with applicable data protection laws.

5. Amazon's Role

Customer data (names, addresses, payment information) is held and controlled by Amazon, not by Unicom Traders LLC. We access only the data Amazon explicitly authorizes through its Seller Central and Advertising API programs, under Amazon's terms of service.

For information on how Amazon handles customer data, refer to Amazon's Privacy Notice.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any business data we access, including:

Secure storage of API credentials and access tokens
Access restricted to authorized personnel only
No storage of personally identifiable customer information on our own systems

7. Data Retention

We retain advertising and operational data only for as long as necessary for business reporting and compliance purposes, typically no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your Rights

If you are a customer and have questions about your personal data in relation to an Amazon order, please contact Amazon directly through Seller Central or Amazon's customer support, as they are the data controller for all transaction data.
